Our Semi- Mature Gouda cheese is a real Gouda cheese, provided with the EU label Gouda Holland.
This semi-mature cheese has been allowed to mature twice as long as the Young Gouda: eight weeks. This gives the cheese more firmness and a slightly fuller taste, but the creaminess continues to dominate. The extra firmness ensures that you can easily cut the cheese into cubes and slices.
Vacuum packed you can store this cheese for 3 months in a cool and dark environment. To enjoy the cheese at its best, serve at room temperature
